Ahmednagar Forgings to allot shares, warrants

Ahmednagar Forgings Ltd has announced that a meeting of the allotment committee of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 15, 2008, to allot 17,00,000 equity shares and 38,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of Equity Shares to the promoter of the Company on preferential basis.
