Carnation Nutra Analogue AGM approves 10% dividend

Carnation Nutra Analogue Foods Ltd has announced that the members at the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Re 1/- at the rate 10% per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
