Bartronics India FCCB Issue raises US$ 50 Million

Bartronics India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 31, 2007 discussed about the FCCB Issue.

The Company has successfully completed its fund raising through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) for a sum of US $50 million.

Board has accorded its approval for allocation of 500 Zero Coupon Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of US $100,000 each for an aggregate amount of US $50,000,000.
