Electrosteel Steels Ltd allots 176,55,06,078 shares to Vedanta Star Limited

The Board of Directors of Electrosteel Steels Ltd in their meeting today, have allotted 176,55,06,078 fully paid up equity shares of INR 10 each of the Company to Vedanta Star Limited ('VSL') on preferential basis.

Pursuant the aforementioned allotment, VSL holds 90% of the paid up share capital of the Company.
