ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has allotted 8,640 (Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Forty Only) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on May 28, 2018 under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (ESOS).
