Kavveri Telecom Board to consider interim dividend

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2008, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.

2. To declare interim dividend, if any.
