WeWork India Expands Capacity with Major Chennai Lease

WeWork India Management Limited has signed a Lease Deed for significant capacity addition in Chennai, covering 1,41,392 square feet to boost operational capabilities.

As of December 31, 2025, the company maintained an existing capacity of 1,21,638 desks with 83.90% utilization. The expansion introduces approximately 2605 new desks, tentatively operational by July 2026, requiring an investment of about ₹35 Crore funded through internal accruals or debt.

Shares of WeWork India Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 469.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 441.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8696 in over 348 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 473.90 and intraday low of 434.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3974182.00.
