Motherson Sumi allots 2100000 shares

Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2007, has made allotment of 21,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re 1/- each pursuant to conversion of Zero Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB) of Euro 3 Millions as per the terms & conditions of FCCB Offering Circular dated July 08, 2005.
