Aditya Birla Money Ltd allots 19932 equity shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Aditya Birla Money Limited has approved and allotted 19,932 Equity shares of Re.1/- each to the option Grantees vide through Circular Resolution passed on May 14, 2018, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS-2014).

Post said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the company stands increased from 5,62,06,700 to 5,62,26,631 Equity shares of Re.1/- each aggregating Rs.5,62,26,631/-.

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA MONEY LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.61.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 64.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15274 in over 111 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 65.9 and intraday low of 61.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 953499.
