Saksoft Ltd grants 1,60,000 stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Saksoft Ltd has approved today the proposal of granting 1,60,000 options under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2009 to the eligible employees of Saksoft Limited and its Subsidiaries.

Shares of SAKSOFT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.246.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 248.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2430 in over 66 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 248.9 and intraday low of 241. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 596768.
