Kaya Ltd allots 2577 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Kaya Ltd at their meeting held today have allotted 2,577 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each under the Kaya Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 - Scheme I.

Accordingly, post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company is increased from Rs. 13,03,08,540/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Three Lakhs Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Only) divided into 1,30,30,854 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Four equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each to Rs. 13,03,34,310/- (Rupees Thirteen Crores Three Lakhs Thirty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Ten Only) divided into 1,30,33,431 (One Crore Thirty Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty One equity shares of Rs. 10/- ( Rupees Ten) each.

The meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 10:30 a.m.

Shares of Kaya Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1146.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1168.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1882 in over 234 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1167.05 and intraday low of 1133.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2159846.
