Rolta India allots 175000 shares

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Rolta India Limited in its meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2018 has allotted 175,000 equity shares under ESOP Stock Option Plans.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company increased to Rs. 165,44,13,550/- divided into 16,54,41,355 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paidup.

Shares of ROLTA INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.62.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77507 in over 528 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 62.8 and intraday low of 61.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4826162.
