Anand Natarajan joins Reliace Capital Group as COO

Reliance Capital Ltd. (RCL), a part of Reliance Group, today announced the appointment of Mr. Anand Natarajan as Chief Operating Officer.

Mr Natarajan will work closely with Mr. Anmol Ambani, Executive Director, in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Group's operations, develop synergies across businesses and drive performance. He has three decades of experience in consumer banking risk management, retail and wholesale banking operations and large-scale process and people integration.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Mr. Natarajan joins us from Fullerton India where he was head of Strategy and Business Execution. Before Fullerton, he was COO at ANZ Indonesia. Mr Natarajan spent the major part of his banking career at Standard Chartered where he worked for 24 years in various senior roles in Wholesale and Retail banking across India, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. He was lastly Regional Chief Risk Officer - Consumer Banking for Standard Chartered, South Asia.

Shares of RELIANCE CAPITAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.417.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 443.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 954352 in over 9623 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 442.5 and intraday low of 415.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 406462663.
