Oil India Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Oil India Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. on 05th November,2O24 have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share (30% of paid-up capital) for the financial year 2024-25.

The interim dividend declared shall be paid on or before 04th December, 2024.

Friday, 15th November, 2024 has been fixed as the Record Date for ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend 2024-25.

Shares of Oil India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 495.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 472.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 317331 in over 8695 trades.
