Sphere Global Services Limited changes name as Adroit Infotech Limited

Pursuant to the approval of merger of M/s. Sphere Global Services Limited (Transferee Company) and its wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Adroit Infotech Private Limited(Transferor Company) effective from 1st day of April, 2017, the Company has made an application with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, has approved the name change of the Company from 'Sphere Global Services Limited' to 'Adroit Infotech Limited' w.e.f. 21st Day of February, 2018.

The Company name change is a strategic initiative towards absorbing and utilizing the brand value of its WOS, which in turn would create value to stakeholders.

Shares of Sphere Global Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.36.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7851 in over 50 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.5 and intraday low of 36.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 289805.
