Genesis IBRC India Ltd calls for Board Meeting on 12th February, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Genesis IBRC India Ltd (Formerly SSK Lifestyles Limited) is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12th February 2018 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2017.

The Trading Window shall remain closed from 3rd February 2018 to 13th February 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with securities of 'Genesis IBRC India Ltd', by the reason of the scheduled Board Meeting on 12th February 2018.
