Aurionpro Solutions Ltd allots 465000 shares

On 10th January, 2018, the Allotment Committee of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has allotted 4,65,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees who has exercised the offer under Aurionpro Employee Share Purchase Scheme - 2017.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
