Vama Industries Ltd allots 750000 shares

The Board of Directors of Vama Industries Ltd at its meeting held on April 05, 2016, has considered and allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Mr. V. Atchyuta Rama Raju (a promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.

The Board also allotted 4,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Mr. Anil Unnikrishnan (a non-promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.
