Khoday India fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Khoday India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 11, 2007 to December 17, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 17, 2007.
