Vanta Bioscience Limited to list on Oct 6, 2017

Effective from Friday, October 06, 2017 the Equity Shares of Vanta Bioscience Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the SME Platform of Bombay Stock Exchange in the list of 'M' Group of Securities.

The company recently came out with IPO of 1512000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 50 (Face Value: Rs. 10 & Premium: Rs. 40). The issue opened for subscription on 25 Sep 2017 and closed on 27 Sep 2017.

Inventure Merchant Banker Services Private LTD was the lead manager to the issue.

Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar to the company.
