Super Spinning Mills Ltd gets NCLT nod for merger of subsidiaries

The National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench has vide its order dated 4th September 2017 and 19th September 2017 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sara Elgi Arteriors Ltd and Elgi Building Products Ltd (the Subsidiaries) with Super Spinning Mills Ltd (the Company).

Shares of SUPER SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 20098 in over 49 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 16.15 and intraday low of 15.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 317865.
