Reliance Industries Ltd allots 308,03,34,238 equity shares

Reliance Industries Ltd has, on September 13, 2017, allotted 308,03,34,238 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every 1 (one) fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each held, to the members eligible to receive bonus equity shares of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members and the Register of Beneficial Owners as per the particulars obtained from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as on September 9, 2017, 'the Record Date' fixed for this purpose.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of bonus equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 6332,55,12,960 divided in 633,25,51,296 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid-up.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.849.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 823.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 751535 in over 16761 trades.
