Kallam Spinning Mills Ltd approves 1:4 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Kallam Spinning Mills Ltd at its meeting held on Saturday,26th August, 2017 has recommended the Issue of Bonus Shares in the Proportion of 1 (One) Equity share for every 4 (four) existing equity shares held.

The said Issue of Bonus Shares will be subject to approval of members at the forth coming Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Shares of KALLAM SPINNING MILLS LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.34 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 31.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 146738 in over 560 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 34.65 and intraday low of 31.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4929788.
