Ramco Systems Ltd grants 5000 stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd, pursuant to the authority granted by the Shareholder's resolution passed on 12th September, 2014, in its meeting held on July 21, 2017, has approved grant of 5,000 stock options under ESOS 2014 to the employees of the Company / subsidiaries at different exercise prices.
