CRISIL Ltd approves allotment of 19620 Shares

At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 18, 2017, CRISIL Ltd has allotted equity shares of CRISIL Limited of face value of Re. 1/- each to the employees of the Company.

19,620 (Nineteen Thousand Six Hundred Twenty) equity shares were allotted pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2012 (ESOS - 2012) and 2,50,797 (Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Seven) equity shares pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2014 (ESOS - 2014).
