Polyplex Corporation allots 13,50,000 shares at Rs 152

Polyplex Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2007 has made allotment of 13,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 152/- per share and 16,50,000 Warrants with an option to apply for an equal number of Equity Shares at a price of Rs 152/- within eighteen months from the date of allotment. The Equity Shares have been issued on Fully paid up’ basis. An upfront payment of 10% has been received on the warrants.
