Equitas Holdings Ltd approves allotment of 253425 Shares Under ESOP

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of Equitas Holdings Ltd has, on June 15, 2017, approved allotment of 2,53,425 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options vide Resolution by Circulation dated June 13, 2017. The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares from NSE and BSE.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 337,99,03,730 to Rs.338,24,37,980.

The new equity shares issued shall rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
