Idea Cellular Ltd approves allotment of 479,480 Equity shares

The nomination and remuneration committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide circular resolution dated April 25, 2017 allotted 479,480 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each under Employee Stock Option Scheme,2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

Post the said allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 3,60,58,07,711 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 36,05,80,77,110.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.85.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 494723 in over 1651 trades.
