The Board of Directors of Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd at their meeting held today i.e. 31st March, 2017, has, approved the appointment of Ms. Ankita Wadhawan, as Additional Director in the category of Independent Director, Re-appointment of Mr. Sandeep Kumar Jajodia as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and Resignation of Mr. C.P. Baid as the Dy. Managing Director of the Company, w.e.f 31st March, 2017.
