Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd to consider alloment of 5 lakh warrants

A Meeting of the Board Of Directors of Agarwal Industrial Corporation Ltd will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 to consider and approve the allotment of 5,00,000 fully convertible warrants into equity shares to the persons other than promoter and promoter group of the Company on preferential basis pursuant to Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR)Regulations 2009, as amended and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Board will also consider and approve conversion of 7,00,000 fully convertible warrants allotted on 04/10/2016)into equal number of Equity Shares.

The Board will also consider any other matter as the Board may decide during the course of meeting with the permission of the Chairman.
