Firstsource Solutions to consider raising US$ 300 Million

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on October 23, 2007, has decided to defer the date for consideration of financial results of the Company. The financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 shall now be considered by a Committee of Board of Directors at its meeting to be held on October 29, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that the Board, at its meeting to be held on October 23, 2007, will consider issue of securities through ADR / GDR / FCCBs etc. upto USD 300 mn. subject to regulatory approvals.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.71.25, up by Rs.0.85 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72.15 and low of Rs.66.10.

The total traded quantity was 153461 compared to 2 week average of 291872.
