Vikas WSP Board Meeting on Oct 24, 2007 to consider preferential issue at Rs 82.50

Vikas WSP Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 24, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following :

1. To consider and to determine issuance of Equity Shares on preferential basis to the promoters at an aggregate price of Rs 82.50/- per share of Rs 1/- face value to part finance the ongoing project.
