GMM Pfaudler Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2007.

2. Payment of second interim dividend, if any.
