Bharat Forge Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2007, inter alia, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2007 (Q2), as also for the half year ending on that date, (with Limited Review by the Auditors of the Company).
