Grasim Industries Ltd approves allotment of 4460 Equity shares under Employee Stock Option Schemes 2006 and 2013The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Ltd has approved allotment of 4,460 Equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the Company upon exercise of stock options and restricted stock units under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 46,68,01,520 equity shares of Rs. 2 each aggregating to Rs. 93,36,03,040.

Shares of GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.853.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 848.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17793 in over 1504 trades.
