Atlas Jewellery India Limited gets demand notice from IT

On January 02, 2017 Atlas Jewellery India Ltd has received demand notice from the Income Tax Department post assessment for the assessment years 2014-15 and 2015-16 totalling to Rs.8,34,11,158 and the Company is allowed to file an appeal against the same within thirty days of receipt of the demand.

The Company is in the process of studying the same and would be filling an appeal against the said notices within the prescribed time.

Shares of GEE EL WOOLLENS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.67.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 64.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1650 in over 9 trades.
