Atishay Limited receives order worth Rs. 3.77 crore

Atishay Limited has received a Work Order from the Department of Prohibition, Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar ("Authority").

The said Work Order pertains to the pertains to "Digitization of Registration Records preserved in the record rooms of Registration Offices", for which the Company has been empanelled and selected for execution. The scope of work covers the following locations: Purniya - (Registration records years :1959 to 1908) and Madhubani (Registration Record Years: 1984-1908). The total volume of documents to be digitized under the said Work Order is approximately 29 lakh documents.

The total contract value of the Work Order is ₹3,76,76,220/- (Rupees Three Crore Seventy-Six Lakh Seventy-Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty only), inclusive of applicable GST, with a stipulated completion timeline of 180 days. The receipt of this Work Order is in line with the Company's principal business activities and is in the ordinary course of business.

This engagement further strengthens the Company's executable order book, enhances revenue visibility, and reinforces the Company's position as a trusted implementation partner for large-scale Government digitisation projects. The Company continues to focus on operational excellence and sustainable value creation for all stakeholders.

Shares of Atishay Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 209.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 216.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4897 in over 154 trades.
