Tayo Rolls Ltd to allot 1 lakh NCRPS

The Committee of the Board of Tayo Rolls Ltd at their meeting held on December 13, 2016 have decided to allot 100,000 (one lakh only) 7.17% Non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each aggregating to Rs. 100,00,000/- (Rupees one Crore only) to Tata Steel Limited, the Promoter on Preferential basis.
