IOC, BPCL and HPCL sign Consortium Agreement for setting up of West Coast Refinery and a Petrochemical Project

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. signed a Consortium Agreement on December 07, 2016 to carry out pre-project activities for setting up of West Coast Refinery and a Petrochemical Project of approximately 60 MMTPA capacity in the state of Maharashtra through a Joint Venture Company.
