JK Paper Ltd calls for Committee Meeting on Dec 07, 2016

A Meeting of the Committee of Directors of JK Paper Ltd will be held on December 07, 2016, to consider allotment of 74,28,240 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company, consequent upon conversion of FCCBs (Series 2).

Futher advised that in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from November 30, 2016 and shall reopen on December 10, 2016.

Shares of JK PAPER LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.80.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 81.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 111712 in over 922 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83 and intraday low of 80.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9124112.
