Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 512384 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that a resolution has been passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on November 23, 2016 for issue and allotment of a total of 512384 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

19200 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 474884 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013.

3300 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP-2014 and 15000 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.459.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 451.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 205359 in over 3752 trades.
