Motherson Sumi Systems Q2 consolidated PAT soars to Rs. 479.85 crores

Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd has announced the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 1979.70 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 1989.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Total Income has increased from Rs. 15752.30 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 to Rs. 17745.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

The Group has posted consolidated net profit of Rs. 4798.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs. 3803.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Total Income has increased from Rs. 90440.90 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 to Rs. 103370.80 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.

Shares of MOTHERSON SUMI SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.326.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 307.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 665155 in over 13353 trades.
