Nouveau Multimedia Board approves rights issue

Nouveau Multimedia Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2007, inter alia, has considered and approved the issue of Equity Shares for raising funds not exceeding Rs 20 Crores to carry out substantial expansion of business activities of the Company by way of Right Issue in the ratio of 3 equity shares for every 2 equity shares held at a price of Rs 10/- per share at par.
