Kavveri Telecom acquires Technology, IPRs and Patents from Sigma Wireless and PCTEL Inc

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has announced that the Company has acquired Technology, Intellectual Property Rights and Patents of Cellular Infrastructure Base Station Antenna Line of erstwhile M/s. Sigma Wireless, Ireland from M/s. PCTEL INC., (NASDAQ : PCTI) Chicago, Illinois, USA. Along with the Technology, IPR and Patents, the Company gets access to the customers and vendors of erstwhile M/s. Sigma Wireless in Europe.

The stock was trading at Rs.160.10, up by Rs.7.50 or 4.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160.20 and low of Rs.156.
