Indo Rama Synthetics equity shareholders & Creditors to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Indo Rama Synthetics India Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order dated September 03 & 10, 2007 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay (Nagpur Bench), a meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving with or without modification, the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation between the Indo Rama Petrochemicals Ltd & the Company.
