Mafatlal Industries secured creditors to approve Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement

Mafatlal Industries Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order made by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, a meeting of the secured creditors will be held on October 20, 2007, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modifications, the Scheme of Compromise / Arrangement of Mafatlal Industries Ltd with its Secured Creditors.
