Sujana Towers Ltd announces Name Change of the Company

The members of Sujana Towers Ltd passed the resolution for changing the name of the Company from "Sujana Towers Limited" to "Neueon Towers Limited" through postal ballot on September 08, 2016 and the sane was informed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter dated September 08, 2016.

The Company has made application with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana and the Registrar of Companies Andhra Pradesh & Telangana has approved the name change of the Company from "Sujana Towers Limited" to "Neueon Towers Limited" with effect from October 04, 2016.

Shares of SUJANA TOWERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.32 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.43. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45062 in over 155 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.5 and intraday low of 9.06. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 417550.
