Ashapura Minechem fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Ashapura Minechem Ltd has announced that October 19, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one fully paid up share for every one existing Equity Share of the Company).

The stock closed the day at Rs.425.85, up by Rs.23.50 or 5.84%. The total traded quantity was 202279 compared to 2 week average of 49371.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.435 and low of Rs.404.
