Apple Finance clarifies on land sale news

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Apple Finance on front foot on land sale rumours", Apple Finance Ltd has clarified that the Company's property at Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai is the subject matter of recovery proceedings pending in the Bombay High Court.

The report appearing in the news item regarding the proposed sale of the property is baseless.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.81, up by Rs.0.70 or 4.96%. The total traded quantity was 1335396 compared to 2 week average of 554309.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.81 and low of Rs.13.57.
