Opto Circuits enters into technology transfer agreement with Elpro Srl - Italy

Opto Circuits India Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Technology Transfer agreement with Elpro Srl - Italy to develop, manufacture, and market different variants of Electro Cardio Graphs Machines (ECG Machines). The Agreement covers 4 variants of ECG machines.

The Agreement will give the Company ability to market the new variants of stand-alone ECG machines for domestic and international market.

The stock was trading at Rs.531.50, up by Rs.18.85 or 3.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.538 and low of Rs.519.80.

The total traded quantity was 68815 compared to 2 week average of 70129.
